Beginner Level (4–6 Years)
Program Objectives
Children will develop early communication confidence through structured and playful activities, including:
Build early confidence in speaking in front of a small group
Encourage children to express thoughts in simple, clear sentences
Develop basic voice clarity and volume control
Improve listening and turn-taking skills
Introduce simple facial expressions and body language
Focus: Getting comfortable speaking in front of a small group.
Month 1 – Voice Comfort & Confidence
Children will begin exploring their voice in a safe and encouraging environment through:
Name and action game
My favorite toys (Show & Tell)
Volume practice (loud/soft control)
Rhymes with expression
Animal sound storytelling
Mirror speaking (talking to self confidently)
Outcome: Child speaks 2–3 sentences without hesitation.
Month 2 – Expression & Imagination
Focus: Facial expressions and storytelling
Children will explore emotions and creative thinking through:
Emotion cards (happy, sad, angry, surprised)
Act and Guess game
Short picture-based storytelling
Complete the story activity
Pretend play interviews
Speaking in pairs
Outcome: Child uses facial expressions and voice modulation while speaking.
Month 3 – Mini Stage Confidence
Focus: Structured speaking in front of a group
Children will practice organized speaking and presentation through:

My Favourite Cartoon
Confidence walk + self-introduction
Mini Presentation Day
Simple costume storytelling
Parent Showcase
Outcome: Child confidently speaks in front of a small audience with expression and clarity.
Intermediate Level (7–10 Years)
Program Objectives
Students will strengthen their communication skills through structured speaking and confident presentation, including:
Structured speaking
Clear voice modulation
Confident body language
Logical thinking
Audience awareness
Month 1 – Structured Expression
Focus: Speaking with clarity and order
Students will learn how to organize thoughts and present them clearly through:
Self Introduction (expanded format)
My Favourite Book/Movie (Beginning–Middle–End structure)
Eye contact training
Picture-based speech
Voice modulation practice
Gesture control exercises
Outcome: Student speaks for 1–2 minutes with clear structure and confidence.
Month 2 – Confidence & Critical Thinking
Focus: Opinion-based speaking
Students will develop reasoning and response skills through:
“Do You Agree or Disagree?” topics
Simple debate format (team speaking)
Listening and responding skills
Storytelling with emotion
Role-play interviews
Impromptu speaking practice
Outcome: Student expresses opinions confidently and responds thoughtfully to others.
Month 3 – Stage & Leadership Presence
Focus: Creating audience impact
Students will build stage confidence and leadership qualities through:
Basics of persuasive speech
Introduction to anchoring
Group presentation project
Final 2–3 minute prepared speech
Stage presence practice
Parent/Peer Showcase
Outcome: Student delivers a confident 2–3 minute speech with strong presence, clarity, and audience engagement.
Advanced Level (11–15 Years)
Program Objectives
Students will evolve from confident speakers into powerful communicators through advanced speaking strategies, including:
Transform confident speakers into powerful communicators
Influence and engage an audience
Speak with clarity and authority
Think critically under pressure
Lead discussions and debates
Deliver persuasive and impact speeches
Month 1 – Command & Structure
Focus: Powerful speech construction
Students will master structured and impact speech delivery through:
Speech frameworks and formats
Crafting strong openings and memorable closings
Eliminating filler words
Body language mastery
Strategic pauses and pacing
3-minute structured speech delivery
Outcome: Student delivers confident, structured speeches with clarity, control, and authority.
Month 2 – Persuasion & Debate
Focus: Influence and argument building
Students will develop persuasive communication and debate skills through:
Advanced persuasive speaking techniques
Logical argument structuring
Rebuttal and counter-argument skills
Formal debate format
Panel discussion simulation
Handling stage anxiety under pressure
Outcome: Student confidently defends viewpoints, builds strong arguments, and responds instantly under pressure.
Month 3 – Leadership & Stage Authority
Focus: Executive presence
Students will refine leadership communication and stage command through:
Anchoring and hosting techniques
Leading group discussions
Executive presence training
Impact storytelling for leadership
Mock conference or summit simulation
Final 4–5 minute keynote-style speech
Outcome: Student demonstrates executive presence, leadership confidence, and delivers a powerful, audience-focused speech.
